Overview of User Information

The 'Users' tab features a chart with comprehensive data on each contributor, including:

  • Requirements Completed: Total number of requirements completed in the project.
  • Planned Hours: Sum of planned hours for all requirements assigned and completed.
  • Actual Hours: Total actual hours logged for completed requirements.
  • Delivery Time Diff: Average difference in hours between planned and actual hours for completed requirements.
  • Delivery Date Diff: Average difference in days between planned and actual delivery dates.
  • Avg Rejection Count: Ratio of total rejections to total assigned requirements.
  • Average Rating: Calculated as the sum of ratings for all rated completed requirements divided by the number of such requirements.
  • Max Hours: The maximum weekly hour commitment of the contributor for the project.
  • Roles: Current roles assigned to the user.
  • Set Role: Dropdown to assign new roles.

This tab provides essential insights into the performance and involvement of each team member, aiding in effective project management and team coordination.
